Terms
Customer – a legally capable individual who places orders and purchases goods from Ter-Isayan Alvina Apresovna, an individual entrepreneur, which are presented on the website https://alvichi.com/, for their personal, household, and other needs not related to entrepreneurial activity.
Seller – Individual entrepreneur Ter-Isayan Alvina Apresovna, operator of the website https://alvichi.com/, established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Website – the seller's website located at https://alvichi.com/
Goods – an object (item of clothing, accessory, or other material value) offered for sale on the Website.
Order – a properly completed and placed order by the Customer (the relevant fields on the website in the “Basket” and “Checkout” sections are filled in), addressed to the Seller, for the sale and delivery of the Goods selected on the Website to the address specified by the Customer.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Website is owned and operated by Ter-Isayan Alvina Apresovna, an individual entrepreneur.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the information about the Goods presented on the Website, constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. By ordering the Goods through the Website, as well as by placing an Order by phone, the Customer unconditionally agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) set out below.
1.4. The sale of Goods by the Seller to the Customer is governed by: Federal Law No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992, “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”; Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612 of September 27, 2007, “On the Approval of Rules for the Remote Sale of Goods”; Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated January 19, 1998, "On Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Certain Types of Goods, the List of Durable Goods to which the Buyer's Request for Free Provision for the Period of Repair or Replacement of a Similar Good Does Not Apply, the List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality that are not Subject to Return or Exchange for a Similar Good of a Different Size, Shape, dimensions, style, color, or configuration."
1.5. The Seller has the right to make changes to these Terms without prior notice. Changes to the Terms come into force after their publication on the Website and apply to any Order placed after publication.
1.6. Placing an order on the Website, as well as placing an Order by phone, implies that the Customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1.7. All text information and graphic images of goods posted on the Website are the property of the Seller or its contractors. Viewing information or printing pages from the Website is permitted for personal use only.
2. Product information.
2.1. Information about the Product is posted on the Website and provided by the Seller.
2.2. All goods distributed are introduced into civil circulation in an appropriate manner and do not violate any rights of third parties.

3. Placing an order.
3.1. The Customer's order is placed independently by the Customer on the Website or with the help of a customer service specialist.
3.2. When placing an order independently or with the help of customer service specialists, the Customer agrees to the transfer of their personal data to the Seller and its processing by the Seller (as provided for in Section 11 of the offer) and information about the Order or Orders, and also agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Sale by filling in the appropriate fields when placing an Order on the Website.
4. Acceptance of the order.
4.1. After placing the Order, the Customer receives information about the parameters of their Order to the email address they specified, indicating the cost of goods, delivery, and other services (in cases where these services are paid for).
4.2. The order is considered accepted for fulfillment after the Customer receives an email to the email address specified in the registration form confirming the acceptance of the Order and/or after a message about the creation of the Order with its number is displayed on the website page.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Customer's Application at the stage of confirming the Application.
4.4. The Seller reserves the right to confirm the Order details with the Customer by telephone. If it is impossible to contact the Customer within 3 (three) days, the Order placed by the Customer shall be canceled or postponed until requested. In case of cancellation, if the Customer has made an advance payment, the funds shall be returned by the Seller to the bank details from which the payment was made.
4.5. After placing the Order, the Buyer shall be provided with information about the sewing time and delivery time of the Order to the Customer. The specified time depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse and the time required to process and deliver the Order. The sewing and delivery times for orders during the pre-holiday period may be extended.
4.6. If there is not enough fabric in the Seller's warehouse to sew the ordered goods, the Seller shall contact the Customer using the methods specified when placing the Order. The Buyer shall inform the Seller either of their consent to accept the Goods in the quantity available in the Seller's warehouse or to cancel the missing Goods from the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Customer or no response is received from the Customer within 3 (three) days from the date of notification, the Order placed by the Customer may be cancelled in full by the Seller, of which the Seller shall inform the Customer by sending an email to the address specified during registration. If the Customer has made an advance payment, the funds shall be returned by the Seller to the bank details from which the payment was made.
5. Payment terms
5.1. Payment for the Goods shall be made in the following ways: By bank card: Visa, MasterCard, as well as by contactless payment – Apple Pay/Google Pay.
5.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of the Goods without prior notice. However, the Seller does not have the right to change the price of the ordered Goods in the Customer's Order after the Order has been accepted by the Seller in accordance with clause 5.2. of these Terms and Conditions.
5.3. Funds are debited in Russian rubles. When paying, additional funds may be debited by the payment system for currency conversion.
5.4. When paying for an order by bank card, the Customer undertakes, at the Seller's request, to provide a copy of two pages of the bank card holder's passport – the page with the photograph, as well as a copy of both sides of the bank card (showing the last four digits) in accordance with the Rules of international payment systems for the purpose of verifying the identity of the holder and their authority to use the card.
5.5. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an Order paid for by bank card without explanation, in particular if the Customer fails to provide the documents specified in clause 6.4. (by fax or email in the form of scanned copies), including if there are doubts about their authenticity, within 14 days from the date of placing the Order. The cost of the Order shall be refunded to the cardholder's card.
6. Order fulfillment and delivery.
6.1. Delivery terms are specified on the page: https://alvichi.com/for-customers. The Customer undertakes to accept the Order within the agreed delivery time. Delivery times during the pre-holiday period may be extended. The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Customer, and in their absence, to any person who presents confirmation of the Order or other document confirming the delivery of the Goods. The Customer undertakes to accept the Order within the agreed delivery time. The delivered Goods may be handed over to the following persons (hereinafter also referred to as “recipients”):
• The Customer
• The person specified in the order as the recipient
In order to prevent fraud, the person delivering the order may request the passport of the recipient of the Goods. Upon delivery of the Order, the Customer is obliged to inspect the integrity of the individual packaging and the presence of external damage to it in the presence of a representative of the courier service or a representative of the pick-up point. After making sure that the packaging is intact and there are no signs of external damage, open the individual packaging and check that the Goods are inside. After making sure that the Goods delivered are exactly what they ordered, the Customer must sign the accompanying document. The fact of signing the accompanying documents indicates that the Customer has accepted the Goods and has no complaints about the appearance, completeness, and cost of the Goods. The Customer's signature excludes further claims against the Seller, except for claims related to the presence of manufacturing defects.
7. Returns
7.1. You may return a product of satisfactory quality within 7 days of receiving your order from the online store if the item does not suit you in terms of size, color, style, or shape. Returns of items of satisfactory quality are accepted if the item has not been used, its marketable appearance and consumer properties have been preserved, the factory labels are intact, and the sales receipt or cash register receipt is available.
7.2 The following items are not subject to exchange or return: underwear, stockings, socks, swimwear, other sewn and knitted underwear, and hosiery.
7.3 The online store has the right to refuse a return if it finds that the conditions for preserving the appearance of the goods have been violated, in which case all costs of return delivery shall be borne by the consumer.
7.4 Return process
7.4.1 To return goods of good quality (including for the purpose of exchange), the Customer undertakes to carefully pack the Goods (with all components and a full set of accessories) and attach a return form.
7.4.2 The return of goods of good quality shall be carried out at the expense of the buyer using any courier service.
8. Return of goods of poor quality.
8.1. Goods of inadequate quality are goods that have defects and cannot perform their functional qualities. Differences in design or appearance from those stated in the description on the website do not constitute a defect or non-functionality of the goods.
8.2. To return Goods of inadequate quality, the Customer must contact a customer service representative using the contact details provided on the page https://alvichi.com/for-customers. The Customer undertakes to carefully pack the Goods (with all components and a full set of accessories specified in the technical documentation for the Goods) attach the documents specified in 7.4.1.
9. Refunds.
9.1. If the delivered Order is of inadequate quality due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, the Customer has the right to return it or exchange it for a similar product of adequate quality, provided that it is available in stock.
9.2. Requests for a refund of the amount paid for the goods shall be satisfied within 10 days from the date of submission of the relevant request. In the event of a return of goods of inadequate quality, the cost of delivery and return shipping shall also be refunded if paid by the Customer. In this case, the Customer is obliged to provide the original receipt or other document confirming the cost of delivery or return shipping of the goods of inadequate quality. The time it takes for the funds to be credited to the Customer's account depends on the terms established by the internal regulations of the relevant banks.
9.3. In the event of a dispute about the causes of defects or the fact of use of the goods and the preservation of their marketable appearance, an independent examination of the goods will be carried out.
9.4. If the Goods are refused and returned by courier or postal services, the refund to the Customer shall be made by transferring the corresponding amount in the same way as the payment for the goods was received, except in cases established by law.
10. Other terms and conditions.
10.1. The relationship between the Customer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Offer unilaterally, and the Customer undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Offer posted on the Website.
